Synopsis of the Vacuum Dough Kneader:
1. Mixing box is made of the food grade SS#304 material with a thickness of 16mm.
2. Machine thickness is made of the 6mm thickness food grade SS#304 material.
3. We adopt the mechanical seal instead of the oil seal to make sure the sealing is endurable and stably.
4. 4kw high power motor with six levels drives the gearbox for more stable operation
5. Opening the lid and overturning the tank are all hydraulic devices, safe and stable.
6. All the equipment is equipped with frequency converter to facilitate speed adjustment and protect the motor.
7. Computer control panel, time is adjustable.
8. For the safety of users, the lid/case cover is opened by two switches at the same time (both hands are required), and can be stopped at any position. The built-in lid protector prevents the stirring shaft to run while the lid is opened.
9. The vacuum pump adopts built-in rotary vane vacuum pump.
